GRRRRRR

Getting ready to read through the last chapter before I send it back out to my betas and I still feel like my word count isn't shrinking AT ALL even though I've scaled down the chapters and taken stuff out that didn't belong and I'm still only at 124, 875 (but I guess I should look at that as a good thing since I had 171, 280 when I started). That's hard though when you feel like even though you've taken a few steps forward it actually feels like you've taken twenty back.

Please tell me that's normal?

I need some reassurance.
